Hey OB,
It's International Omar Day and because I'm feeling benevolent, I will extend my wishes to all the Umers, Omaars, Omar's of the world! May your tribe increase;)
As for International Dhanwanti Day, it's a small exclusive group. The only variations are Dhanwantris, who are male, because we Tis, certainly don't exist in triplicate. Ironically, there are only two Dhanwantris in the world, who both have, for a brief point of time, lived in the same lane!! The other Dhanwanti is married to a Bohri guy whose father was a famous carpet Baron, Shahab Durazi, and their bungalow shares a wall with my in-law's house. So for the one year after marriage that I stayed with them, alot of my deliveries went there and vice versa;)
I'm at the interval of my day. One part done, the other will start in a bit. Can you believe i forgot I had two more cases today? MaMo called up irritated saying "where are you?". I got on my magic carpet but it failed to work in obnoxious Bombay traffic, (it seems even magic carpets aren't bombay-proof) and reached late for the case. Now I'm eating my fave chana seeng and grabbing a juice from the stall outside.

How is your day going? Did they embarrass you by cutting a cake in hospital and singing "happy birthday Sir" loudly and tunelessly? (indians cannot sing in chorus, I'm sorry). It always drives me crazy. Maybe for my 95th you will get a choir to sing in harmonious melody, three-part singing of Happy Birthday to the tune of Handel's Messiah! Anything but the HAPPY BUDDAY we get in OT, as sweet and enthusiastic that it is!!
Send some pics, do zoom in on the grey hair if any;)
Birthday bumps to you!
Aai
