Nice to hear about Master Anant! Please do share recordings of the Blind School whenever possible! I would love to see them! Really proud of him!
I never feel the boss-employee relationship is workable. I do keep a distance from the anesthesiologist if he/she wants, but if they're game, I am a good friend. I never, never, never, become upset if they come late, or are busy and we have to postpone. If needed, I ask the OT guys to arrange an alternate consultant, if possible, or an alternate time. I am not anyone's boss. Everyone does their job. I am just as replaceable as anyone else, and life is fickle.
I think I stand with you on this one - make a power move and send a message. Being a junior member of the team is ok, being someone's quasi-employee is not.

It's still me on the white horse in my dream. Maybe next time I will see where it is going and maybe it ends up at Mahalaxmi.
