That sounds like a super fun and productive Sunday!! #funday Just finished a bilateral PCN with the interventional guys. I felt so bad for this young girl, post CRS and HIPEC last month, now for bil PCN for a ? Stricture. As it turns out, the dye is extravasating from the mid ureter, so the dj stent in situ may not do the trick and it seems to be transected there. Bloody nightmare. She is a broken person. My list of people in daily prayers just seems to be permanently increasing, like Maruti's tail!
Headed to bhatia and BCH. No MaMo today. I have passed his case on to another anesthetist, which gives him one more reason to hate me;) ours is the most complex Tom and Jerry relationship ever!!
