Double entendre???? Who? Me? ((Big innocent eyes)) So antu has mastered the Puss in boots eyes (have you seen the cartoon?) and he does them so cutely, I always burst out laughing. Puru who has zero guile and manipulation and actually far more beautiful eyes, cannot do them at all. You have to see my puss in boots eyes: so comical that you will be laughing for days:) So yesterday I asked you if you have ever forayed into theatre and you told me you were often chosen for the exalted role of the ubiquitous tree. Well, I must tell you my own past in theatre. In school i was a bit shy on stage so didn't do very well. Also I was the permanent pianist, so very often got stuck playing the ominous chords and background music for the play, along with church music (since it was Cathedral). But......I did act in an ad last year for lab grown diamonds. I made the cut since the company is owned by a crazy friend who called me up and asked me to come in for a shoot. I said "yes" in a heartbeat, knowing I would fulfill a life long dream. "Wear a sari" he said. In the taxi I got the script. I realised I was subbing for Ratna Pathak Shah. She's 73 years old! When I reached I realised the role was for "middle class, middle aged aunty!"
My ego was squarely cut to size, but I did it with enthusiasm.

Episode 9 to drop today. Yes- you never thought you would read about Mata Hari and FC, but it's just going to take a twist to the unexpected. (So unexpected that even Aai doesn't know what will come out of dhanwanti)
