Rant alert:
Amish dalal is an amazing surgeon. Yes? There is a 94 year old, ef 30 percent whom we (MaMo) have scoped twice for clothes evacuation. Last time we took a bladder biopsy which should aggressive urothelial malignancy. Now his inr is deranged and he is on vasopressors. Hematuria has resumed. Amish dalal has said as soon as NORAD is tapered, he should be taken up for bilateral ureterostomy (bring the ureters out, I don't know the correct word) and a palliative cystectomy to solve the problem of intractable hematuria, as a palliative procedure.
He's 94.
Is there something wrong with me where I feel let him go. Uremic coma is the most humane way to go. Let the creat rise and Let Him Go.
