PCNL keeps me humble
Hey Aaaaiii,
The PCNL is my unconquered territory in Urology. It keeps me humble. There are known unknowns and unknown unknowns and unknown knowns. But I am always beaten by the surgery - somewhere, somehow, I am never satisfied with my performance (!). I have a lot to learn. MaMo is very good at PCNL, and I think I should spend some time with him. (!).

On Chug Chug Rail Rail heading home. Tired and sleepy. Awake since 5. #dontask #dontimagine A three year old searching for his Mom who was trying to make a quiet exit to do an early morning case - landed in my lap, and despite my best efforts to make Geronimo Stilton break the bones of our neighbour, this particular Aquarian three year old refused to sleep, leaving me bewildered and confused and now tired. Add to that a morning filled with time to scold people, many of whom I called in anger to The Office, only to hand them a biscuit and offer them tea. (MJ - it doesn't seem right.)
