I'm so so sorry to hear about this. A young myocardium is most vulnerable due to lack of ischemic preconditioning:( i pray he gets the treatment he needs asap, in good hands.
Nothing is worse than work stress. This ayushman scheme is really really coming at a high cost. I'm very sad to hear that.
