Life, and all that is in it.

have you ever thought?

I loved how you said it is possible that Gautam Buddha is also one of the Prophets. I would not be surprised. I have a thought which a religious scholar once told me: Prophet Moses (PBUH) and Lord Krishna are one and the same. So many of the stories match. The wicker basket, been sent down a river, raised by foster parents, imminent threat to the ruling King. I find many similarities between Lord Christ and Krishna!

My point is....when we know there is only one Supreme Being, why do we have to breed differences amongst ourselves by classifying us "Islam", "Hinduism" "Christianity" which makes the followers of different religions feel a sense of disunity? While you admit Islam isn't all binding, why do you say it begins and ends with the Q'ran? Why cant there be shades of grey in the way we eat, walk, talk and pray? If the fundamentals are pure: honesty. Integrity. Faith, humility, worship, love. Then why should it matter if someone achieves that through worship of a tree or through physical penance, or though social action? Why cant we have a common goal and no "rights and wrongs" in basic functions?
