Life, and all that is in it.

day 4 vietnam

Hey OB,

Another early start to the day and we did a trip to Cham island, a UNESCO marine reserve. The water was 7 shades of blue, so clear that it looked cleaner than the soul of a new born baby! We made a small stop at an ancient fishing village where the people are of Borneo-ise origin. That wasn't so special and it was just too hot to stand. Back on the boat and many km into the water when we were told JUMP! We jumped off and swam and snorkelled in the most pristine waters, seeing a colourful palette of coral, barracuda, rainbow fish and some shoals of tinier fish. It was beautiful. After this, we stopped for lunch on Cham island and sunbathed, swam in the ocean. We are collectively a lovely shade of dark chocolate, antu looking 70 percent cocoa. Puru and I are 40 percent cocoa. OB in my mind has gone from white chocolate to strawberry chocolate in the box itself, so not much hope in the cocoa percentage increase, for him;)

Back in the Airbnb, soaking up the AC. I'm sure it's mad hot where you are. You must be grateful for the coolness of the OT? How are you? How is everything? Are you looking out for a post for me? Will it be possible? Another older anesthetist from Bombay would also like to join me if possible.

Please don't forget!

PS: do you know how to take sand out of your shoes, after you walk out of the water and put clean feet into shoes? Then the shoes become a sandy sediment of soul scratching scum....
