another humbling experience
Hey (chatty) Aaaaaiiiii,
Had a tough URS in the morning. It was a combined case with a lap surgeon - who had to do the lap chole and me, who had to do the URS. Stuck stone, pus in the ureter, narrow orifice, you can hear me shout 'God Damn.'
(((Anyways))) I broke the stone, put in a stent, and explained to the attendants that we may need a second look after a month. But, you never know, there are always mischief mongers lurking in the shadow!
And now - this guy with the fluctuating INR. Oops. Let's see how he goes. Luckily, I have another Urologist in the next OT with me - he is a friend and great guy, did his DNB in Pune (good guys and gals pass by, and live in, Maharashtra, you see!), and is a great surgeon!
